April's Place at 1754 Lee Road, Lithia Springs, Georgia.

The last two times I've been greatly disappointed. The food used to be very good and flavorful, but not as of lately. I ordered fried chicken, green beans, mac and cheese and yams. The chicken was under seasoned. The green beans tasted straight from the can and the yams were hard. The mac and cheese was decent. The peach cobbler has probably been the only consistent dish there. Not sure if they hired a new cook lately, but I will not be returning.

customer service Lacking. I ordered a fried chicken dinner from April's. I got home and found the chicken is raw! I drove back to April's; discreetly let the cashier know that the chicken raw. She went to the kitchen and told the cook. they had a very mumbled, indistinct conversation about the order but I heard her say tell her it will be a 15 minute wait. I nodded my head in agreement and sat quietly waiting. During my wait time no one apologized for the inedible food, no one offered me a courtesy drink , actually the cashier & cook were in the kitchen area complaining about other employees of the restaurant. Even after receiving my new order, no one apologized. I was just hashed my food. customer service is the cornerstone of any good business. no matter how good your food, if you cannot apologize when you make an error; make efforts to correct the error or extend extra efforts to customers; e your business will fail just a note of training that should be passed along to the employees for future reference.
