I called the day before to check the address and I felt like a was calling the old phone company. Rude service, no compromise.
I am a DJ and my client told me the room was going to be open at 5:30. They open the room at 6:15 for a party starting at 7.
The room is in a shopping mall, it is very clean, and equipped for catering, not a full kitchen but the neccesary to serve a food prepared outside. There is a bar with portable coolers, restrooms are clean and fully loaded, they had a DJ booth, I saw the speakers but for this party I brought my own system. The room si not fancy like a hotel but very good for a shopping venue. I heard you can bring your alcohol and catering
It is very sad that the service for this room is bad because the room has potential, The service need to improve, because after all this is call the " Service industry".

I totally agree with Monique. Not only are there bugs, but the inside needs a good paint job. The owners will tell you they will be at the hall but are continually late - even if you call, they sometimes will let it go to voicemail - especially AFTER they get your money. Also, this is not the best place for catering...there is not a sink in the "kitchen" area (but they have a stove, fridge and microwave)...there is a small 'ugly' sink in the bartender area...so if you have a bartender and caterer - they will have to closely interact for 'sanitation' reasons. They are very unapologetic for their tardiness and or no-shows.And you can forget about them responding to any e-mails, not even sure why they list the address on their card. The price is cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for....if you have a choice, go somewhere else.
